Returns And Exchange Policy

Non defective goods
 
Identity will generally allow a merchandise return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
 
This docket is retained as proof of purchase
   
The swing ticket is still attached to the merchandise
   
The item has not been worn
   
The item is in its original condition and packaging
   
The merchandise is returned within the country of purchase
   
Merchandise sold with a promotional gift can only be returned if the promotional gift is also returned at the same time.
 
However:
 
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of body piercing jewellery (including earrings)
   
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of underwear or boxers. Please ensure you purchase the correct size.
   
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of swimwear without the protective strip attached
   
Returns of garments carrying an additional special tag will only be permitted if such tag is attached.
   
Hosiery can be returned only if it is in its undisturbed original packaging.
 
6 MONTH RETURN POLICY for faulty items (applicable from 1 April 2011)
 
Merchandise with material manufacturing faults will gladly be credited or exchanged provided such merchandise is returned to us within six (6) months of your having taken delivery, you can provide proof of purchase and the merchandise is returned within the country of purchase.
   
The item has been used for its intended purpose.
   
The item must have been cared for according to the wash/ care instruction label.
