REPORT MY LOST CARD

 

The annual service fee covers you against unauthorised purchases on your account from the date your card is lost or stolen. In other words, we won’t charge you for any shady purchases made on your account from the date of loss or theft. It also covers two free replacement cards.

If your card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately in store or by calling our Lost Card and Fraud Protection Line on 021 460 2401 or by completing the section below.

We'll cancel the card on the spot and send you a new one. And because we wouldn’t want you to miss out on the latest fashion, you’re welcome to use your identity document or driver's licence to purchase on your account while you wait for your new card to arrive.
